Elevate Home Services LLC (Albuquerque, New Mexico) uses this app to run its handyman and remodeling business: work orders, estimates, invoices and scheduling. This page explains what information the app keeps, why, and who helps us store or process it.
Customers
If you are our customer, we keep your name, phone, email, the job address, notes and photos about the work, your estimates and invoices, and, when you sign an estimate online, your typed name, signature, the time, and the internet (IP) address it came from. We use this only to give you estimates, do the work, send you your documents and reminders about your visits, and keep our business records.
Payments
If you pay online, the payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page. Our app never sees or stores your card or bank numbers; we only receive the amount, the date and that it was paid.
The Owner's Own Bank Information
The business owner may connect his own business and personal bank accounts through Stripe Financial Connections, read-only, to track bills, cash flow, savings goals and expenses. Bank passwords are entered only on the bank's own screen and are never stored by us. Only the owner can see this information. It is never sold or shared.
Companies That Help Us
We use a few service providers that store or process information only on our behalf: Supabase (database and files), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (email and calendar), Stripe (payments and the owner’s bank connection) and Anthropic (an AI helper that tidies notes and sorts expenses, and the owner's own Claude account, which he may use to look up and update job details; it does not receive card or account numbers). Each one is bound by its own privacy and security terms. Data is stored in the United States.
What We Never Do
We never sell your information, never share it for advertising, and never add you to a marketing list. We only email or text you about your own estimates, invoices and visits.
How We Protect It
Only Elevate staff with a login can see customer information, and each person sees only what their role allows. Connections are encrypted, customer links use long random codes, and secret keys are kept on the server, never in the app on the phone.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We may need to keep signed estimates, invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
